MONSON Trucking operates a driver training program at our Red Wing, Minnesota terminal. Classes are five weeks in length and prepare students to be professional over-the-road truck drivers for our company.

Classes provide students with a variety of learning experiences. Emphasis is placed on federal and state laws, safety regulations, diesel equipment operation, and proper paperwork processing. 85% of the training is "hands on" using company tractors and trailers.

All graduates earn their class A commercial drivers license (CDLA) and are ready for immediate employment. Tuition costs are forgiven after one year of service with Monson Trucking.

Basic Program Reqirements:

• Be at least 21 years old
• Be able to pass a DOT physical
• Have no more than three moving violations in the last five years
• Have no more than one DUI and none in the last five years
• Have no felonies or gross misdemeanors
• Have good solid work experience with references
